Pack-n-Go Girls Visits Abrams Elementary

Pack-n-Go Girls author Lisa Travis visited Abrams Elementary on Read Across America Day. Sixty aspiring writers in 3rd grade “traveled” to Brazil, Mexico, Austria, Thailand, and Australia. During their travels, they explored fun facts about each country and discussed the differences and similarities in classrooms from each country. While visiting each country, they also engaged in interactive writing activities using their five senses – learning how to use their senses to make their writing come alive.
